I use a HEATED table, temperature controlled for your warmth and ease, with a fully adjustable face cradle and soft clean sheets.

Softly lit by candle light with soft music to help you to transcend to a deeper state of relaxation. Feel free to bring an I-pod with your favourite music – if you have a sound you like.
